I'm not sure if this post should be here or on the property board but here goes; does anyone work in a hospital and know if there is a need for local B&B accomodation? I live 10 minutes from my local hospital and have 1 or possibly 2 ensuite rooms, I need to make some money and am thinking about B& B/air B&B. It's a quiet rural area on the edge of town, not on a bus route. Good quality rooms, etc. but not a tourist area really.
