Chat (not interview) with recruitment agency - what are they likely to ask me?

I've applied for a senior management role which is being managed by a specialist recruitment agency. There's no way of applying directly to the organisation itself, which is what I've generally done for previous roles.

The recruitment consultant is ringing me for a chat next week. It's not an interview (this will be next month if I'm successful) so what kinds of things is she likely to ask me?

I'm not sure how much preparation to do!

To add - the recruitment agency are long listing before the application deadline for the role.

They may go into your background, previous roles etc
