Hours in the NHS to work around you???

Does anyone know if the NHS will let you choose your start and finish time to work around nursery or something? I'm currently on bank as a HCA and wanting some permanent hours Thankyou

Generally there are set rota times but you could apply for flexible working

Ward, there's shifts 7-3 but I wouldn't be able to get there for 7
