Aldi employment process

Just wondering if anyone had been through the Aldi recruitment process lately?
My partner has been picked to go for an assessment but is slightly stressing what this might be, an interview? a practical task...? It's a 15 minute slot.
Any ideas anyone?

It’s an interview - he should revise the STAR technique for answering questions and be clear on why he wants to work there/ what he know about the business
