hello - I've come from a humble bg and have suddenly found myself working for a small charity where people seem to like what I do!
I've come up with an idea to help the charity reach a new market and it's exciting, unknown and I have potential support from some top level experts. However my line manager doesn't want this and the CEO is a tad flaky, but as said I can present it to the board of trustees in January.
The other role they want me for is replacing someone who just got fired, working closely with a mate, on a project which I 50% beleive in and is a tad dull. it's the safe option.
I'm pushing 50, I'd love to rocket my career and do good before I get too tired...
which one? salary identical.
