What's it like working for Sitel? What is the daily duties? What does the role include?

I'm interested in this as we looked to use them as a supplier. The roles will be varied according to the customer I guess. Helpdesk, telesales, back office roles etc.

I'm an ex employee of sitel. Can confirm it is quite stressful some customers are nice, others are very rude. Management can be rude too, but all the colleagues I had was great. OK for a stop gap job or if you can deal with high stress everyday. Also depends which remit you work for ie John Lewis etc
