Job interview without an application form

DS has got an interview with a well known supermarket. It’s his first interview. He completed the “application” online but all they asked were some very basic questions about his right to work and then the ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation etc. He wasn’t asked about his qualifications or experience. He’s going to take his CV to the interview but how else can we help him prepare?

Make a list of possible questions. Make sure he understands how to behave in an interview especially looking at the person who asked the question when he answers.
