Trying to find it but can’t. From the vague bits I can remember, OP:
Was on maternity leave when she was either given notice or told the notice she had given (but didn’t actually give?) was accepted…..
Her DH was transferred to a different department or I think if she did return, she would have to go to a different one
The company in question never quite got their act together regarding submitting documents re the data subject access request
The situation started at least 2 years ago
Just wondering how/if the situation got resolved 🤞🏼
