What can I do to boost my income?

Wondering whether it might be an idea to get a second part time job to boost my income for a bit to help get a bigger mortgage.

Would have to be WFH and something I could do in the evenings/weekend.

I've had a look but I'm not really seeing much at all. I'm not particularly good at anything skills wise - by this I mean crafts etc so wouldn't be able to sell things.

I'm thinking something along the lines of transcriber/proof reader - something like that?

When I became a single parent I created a small ironing service to supplement my income. I leafleted all the houses that were near to me so that I could offer a collection and delivery service. It was flexible as I was always home in the evenings anyway and I just ironed whilst watching tv. I did it on a self-employed basis providing the customer with an invoice so I had paperwork to prove my earnings. It didn't make me millions but at a time when I was really struggling it was a great help. I surprised myself with how much I could get done in an hour. If you do it bear in mind however that ironing men's work shirts will take you longer so price accordingly and exclude ironing bedding.

I write website content. It's well paid if you can get into it.
