I've not long started a new job in the third sector (previously worked in public sector) and I've to think of 5 objectives for the coming year in my annual review (they do it every november so this is my first one). I have no idea what to put and would appreciate suggestions.
Its a role that involving delivering awareness training about our cause externally to organisations that pay for the training. We do have a target as a team for income each year.
I don't want to put anything that isn't achievable.
I do think we need to market our offer more.
How do I articulate some good objectives
