Does anyone work in sales? If so, could someone please recommend a beginners course on sales and selling skills?
I looking to start a small business next year and lots of entrepreneurs have stressed to me the importance of developing selling skills. I've looked online and on Coursera but I feel overwhelmed with the choice. I think I'm looking for a basic one day course or 8 week module but I'm not sure how to find a reputable provider.
