I submitted an online application last week - closing date 31 October. I meet all the criteria, bar one which was preferred, but not essential as training will be given.
Today, I got another email thanking me for my app and a window asking me to “Pitch yourself - stand out from the crowd in 140 characters”
Is this a positive sign that I’m being considered for the next stage or is it standard procedure now to do this and I’m reading too much into it?
