Any NHS admin staff about, what’s the divide between band 2/3

What’s the duty/duties that tips a band 2 into a band 3? Finding it a bit confusing and seem to have more responsibility than the band 4 staff (feels like anyway) cheers.

I manage admin teams and it does seem to vary service to service but the national job profiles at www.nhsemployers.org/articles/national-job-profiles might help, also your trust might have job descriptions on their intranet so have a look... alternatively do a search on NHS jobs and see what comes up...
