Does anyone else always feel shit after an interview?

I even get this when I get offered the job in a phone call call afterwards (feeling is pre phone call when I'm still waiting to hear).

I usually feel great before hand, really positive then immediately after I feel like I've blown it and I'm rubbish and probably not up to the job, it's probably me just suffering imposter syndrome 😂. Does anyone else feel like this?

Absolutely hate it. Sad

@Starseeking sorry to hear you didn't get it. It's so tough when that happens because although you're shouldn't take it perse always do! Mine was internal and the only option of me going up a pay point and getting possible progression so it's highly unlikely that will happen for me there now. So I'm finding it hard to adjust and just treat it as a day job and no more as they veg made it absolutely clear my face doesn't fit for anything more. I always thought I'd make something of myself in terms of having a bit of responsibility but it's just not happening for me and probably never will. It's very hard to adjust to that, definitely a beating to my ego not to that it was huge but I just want to be something more than just an X.
