How do you manage with childcare? Getting back to work

Hi I've been working 10 hours a week so far but now my 3 children are getting older(youngest is 6) I'm in training to be a carer working more hours. I'm worried about childcare and how other parents manage it/find it? I would need to get someone I don't know to watch over my youngest as my family also work. Or is a babysitter better?
I'd love your opinions.

Do you have a partner?

How old are the children? Do you have access to after-school childcare at school? It’s normal to use a childminder. The council will have a list. Or do you have room for a live-in au pair if your children are older? Or you can get a nanny. For school holidays, there are holiday play schemes.

I don't have a partner no. I have only being able to find one childminder in my area. And no out of school clubs. I contacted the people who find childcare and they are struggling for other people who need it too.
I am able to take my child to breakfast club. I will finish before she finishes school. I'm just worried about the days and weeks she's not in school.

Is it easy working and having childcare to pay for?
I'm personally looking forward to working a job I really want
