What would you do?
Currently with in an office, joined with no experience 18 months ago and was given opportunity to get experience.
Get on really well with manager and main colleague.
Love the job even though it’s extremely frustrating at times and I rarely leave on time.
The atmosphere is toxic and very unstable with high turnover of staff and majority of current staff are unhappy.
Manager and deputy are not pleasant to other team members but personally I’ve never had a problem and get on absolutely fine with them.
Been offered another job in the same field but with a company where people don’t leave and the manager has been there for 20 years so much more settled and happier environment.
But I feel really guilty leaving my current job as I get on so well with everyone, they have really supported me even whilst I had to have a few weeks off for a medical procedure earlier in the year and I know my manager will be gutted and try to persuade me to stay.
I’m not unhappy where I am but I feel this would be a better place to work.
What would you do?
