Hello all I am hoping to get a clear picture of this scenario pls

• I Work from home
•son just tested positive to covid
NSH says me, my son & partner have to isolate (we are not double jabbed for medical reasons).
•our 6-year-old can go to sch (but won't be possible because we can't leave home and 4miles away from the sch. No one from the sch lives around us. Moreover, he's now coughing and just sent off his PCR sample this morning.
• I am feeling a bit poorly too with a head cold like feeling & tired. I posted my PCR sample this morning.
• partner is already at home not working for months now due to a medical condition. His PCR test was done on Wednesday came back negative yesterday but he now having symptoms of covid with headache and body aches. I have told him to do another PCR test.
• now, can I take time off work? Are the above enough reasons to take time off? No work no pay & I don’t know if there is any financial support one can get anywhere. How do I look after 3 people while working from home and not even 100% myself? 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.

You could get SSP and also maybe apply for the covid payment if you qualify
