Seeking help for a friend. Has anyone out there got any experience or even awareness of creativity and autism and/or sensory processing disorder and finding employment? Trying to help the mum of a 21 year old guy who's passionate about animation and wants to build his experience with a view to working in the industry eventually. Any help - whether awareness of it such needs being supported in your office or knowledge of someone who gained employment would be hugely appreciated. Thank you
