Strength based interview for civil service

I have a interview this week for a EO civil service role.

It is a strength based video interview. I have been told I’ll be asked a practice question then 3 strength based questions. Has anyone got any advice? I have no idea what they may ask!

Hi the point is that you can't really prepare a strength based question. The panel will do a practice question to get your baseline so for example, they might ask you what have you done recently that you are pleased about or proud of and from that they will see you animated.

If for the other questions for example, they can see that you are perhaps less enthusiastic that might suggest that you are not as strong in the area.

Download the civil service success profiles which will cover this in more detail.

I thought you meant they would use one of this things at the carnival that you hit with a hammer and the person that hits the hardest, gets the job.
Or if it was online, to lift several items and give you a score. Bonus points if you have a heavy dog and can get it over your head.

Good luck anyway!!
