Hi,
Is there anyone who works in CS above HEO level or who recruits for CS above HEO level?

I’m preparing for a interview but feel a little lost on the leadership behavior. Was hoping someone may be able to offer some advice or give feedback on behaviors once I manage to put something together.

Appreciate any help as I’m fairly new to CS and it’s my first interview above HEO level.

*I’m aware of the STAR structure and I am already making use of the success profiles
