I started a new part time job last week in a posh restaurant m.
The first day went great and the second day was really busy so the other team members couldn't train me or show me as much as I had hoped. So I was kind of thrown in the deep end and had to go along and hope for the best.
I then put an order through wrong on the ordering till system and must have clicked steak instead of steak burger. So silly! The chefs and other team were ok about it but I can't help but be annoyed with myself that o got it wrong!
I feel like I'm kind of winging it and had no proper training.
I want to do my best and don't want to get things wrong.
