Never getting anywhere in the workplace..again!

Started a new job after gaining a first in my healthcare degree. However i posted on the workplace thread about my workplace issues. Mainly fitting in with staff.
Well today they told me they can't hire me on the permanent contract as i made too many errors.
I was put in charge of students...i have just graduated....there was no support. One student knew i had just graduated and was trying to tell me how to do my own job! People just make me so anxious in the workplace and then i make silly errors with big consequences.
At the heart of this i know is just the fact that i can't do my job properly.
My dad says i shouldn't loose confidence...but i can't seem to do any job propely but i feel very worn down and depressed by it.

I was in general but also sonography because was a verbal unconditional....
Band 4 bank till you get your hcpc then band 5 thereafter.got hcpc 3 weeks ago

I think what he did was offer another girl the bank over the summer( he told me there was none availaible but gotvher to do it) then offered her the band 5 job as she suited it more than me then managed me out. All very underhand.

She hates it there anyway.

I went in to gave a chat with boss on Monday...he called my mistakes damning!! (Im not Harold Shipman you know) then asked me to continue my band 4 job!!

The band 4 was assistant so i went everywhere.

It sounds like a toxic workplace. You'll be happier, and perform better, in a different place. That type of stress really affects you ability to do your job. It's a heavy burden to carry.

Well quite. He promised the band 5 bank radiographer she could work there for the rest of the year one week then the next week he told her she had one week left. In her words " he lied to my face!"
