I am currently working through an Agency as part of a projects team in the NHS. We were all invited to take a professional course in management, but as I am hired through an agency my invite was revoked - they only want to train staff hired directly with the Trust which is fair enough, but it leaves me behind in terms of knowledge and skills.
Am I wrong in thinking there is a way to get CPD and short professional courses funded and where do I find it? As I would like to do this course off my own back anyway and was already looking into it anyway.
