I've been at my company a number of years. Have not long been promoted and I hate it. This is the first time I've stepped into this role. I'm getting very little support and yesterday I got my probation review which was awful. I can't do this anymore. I'm going to ask to go back to my own role at the end of the month. I'm probably going to have to look for another job as well because I've seen people in ways I never expected them to behave.
