I'm a Director and this is someone in my senior leadership team. Sometimes he will say something I can hear that affects my 'public face' in front of the team. And on occasion, I hear the end of something that sounds like he is encouraging disrespect. It hasn't caused any direct issues with the team as yet but feeling like I should do something and wondering if others have addressed something like this before.
