Job overlap

Hi guys

Can anyone tell me if I will get in trouble for overlapping jobs?

I currently work weekends but have had a job offer for a weekday job, I have handed in my 4 week notice but my last working day will be in 3 weeks time.. could I start my new weekday job before my notice is worked? Hope this makes sense!

I think you should be fine. Does your current weekend contract state you can't have any other jobs? If not, you are completely fine. If so, I doubt it will be an issue for an overlap of a week or two.
