Payment for breaks

We get a half hour unpaid break at my work
If I work 10-4pm am I entitled to be paid for a break in that time? And how many hours pay should I get?
If I work 10-4.30pm I need to get the unpaid break so I'd get paid for 6hours?

If you work more than 6 hours you are entitled to a 20 minute break that can be paid or unpaid

So basically you are getting more break than the legal minimum

No breaks have to be paid. As demented said if you work more than 6 hours you are entitled to a minimum of 20 mins unpaid break.

No one is entitled to a paid break unless their contract says so. Working six hours 10-4 you’re not entitled to a break at all, again unless your contract says so.

I’ve never had a paid break time. Always an unpaid period in the kiddie of a 8-9 hour shift.
