NHS band 4 interview for nursery nurse post

Hello,

Just looking for advice/tips on NHS interview for a band 4 post.

Am I allowed to wear neutral toned nail polish? I know within the role I wouldn’t be allowed to wear it, would interviewers think it’s unhygienic?

I can't comment on the nail varnish issue (though would think it odd if that was something they'd notice) but just wanted to say that when I was preparing for my interview with the nhs I found several useful videos on YouTube that covered lots of the questions you're likely to come across.

The nail polish will be fine don’t worry about that in the slightest.
Google ‘values based interviewing NHS’ and have a read through the possible questions. Think of different scenarios from your working/personal life that you can fit around them and also read up on the organisations vision, there’s usually a page on their website and has lots of key words to drop in.

Good luck!
