I am moving from one nhs trust to another, I am over my pro rata for leave by 60 hours, does this get paid back or does my entitlement move with me? Thankyou

It should be paid in your final salary by your current Trust.
I am HR in the NHS and our Trust do not allow anyone to bring leave from previous role and Trust.

It’ll be paid back you like the pp said.

Thank you, I am over 60 hours because of school holidays and not expecting to move! Good opportunity though so it is what it is. Thanks for taking the time to respond
