Did get my maternity pay this month

Hello I've been on maternity leave since the end of Feb .. my daughter is 24 weeks old today and I didn't get paid my maternity this month .. I was under the impression we get 39 weeks SMP ?
I keep trying to get hold of payroll and no one js answering what rights do I have ?

When do you usually get paid? Perhaps it will appear later today?

I normally get my maternity pay when all my colleagues get paid .. I've had no pay slip no pay

Have you spoken to your employer yet?

No I mean, when do usually get paid? Last working day of the month? Last Friday of the month etc?

For example one of my friends are complaining that they won't get paid until after the bank holiday because the 31st isn't until Tuesday

Although you can claim 39 weeks pay the leave is organised by 26 weeks ordinary maternity leave and up to a further 26 weeks extended maternity leave. It is possible that this is the reason you have not been paid. If you have only been put down for the initial ordinary 26 weeks leave. HR or payroll should be able to sort it out for you.

Oh that maybe it .. will I be able to extend my maternity pay ?
I did say I would be back at work untill January

When's your normal pay day? Have your colleagues definitely been paid today?
