Where can I find discussion forums where I can talk to other charity workers / third sector workers (but not volunteers)?

I am new to the sector and it would be good to find somewhere where I can keep up to date, share experiences, learn from others and have a moan if needs be (anonymously!)

Everywhere I look seems to be news sites that you either pay to read or is mainly positive. There doesn't seem to be any staff experiences anywhere.

Does anyone work in this sector and can advise me of where to look etc?

What type of role are you in? There are different forums for different professions and sectors. Are you frontline? What type of area?

Its a training and development role, so raising awareness of the disability with employers etc.
