Does anybody know how to get a job driving the Google Earth car?

Just that really! As a Google Earth nut I would really like to do this and I have very good local knowledge of my rural area.
I did see one of the cars parked up in someone’s drive a few years ago and am still kicking myself that I never asked them how they got the job.

Yes, very tricky. I’m sure it must be advertised somewhere in the uk. There’s a weird bit near me where the Google car as been down a stretch of a dirt track but not at the beginning or end of the road.
