Short accountancy courses

I've recently started a job as a bookkeeper and my boss has asked me to have a look and see if there are any short accountancy courses that I might like to go on - can anyone recommend anything to me - I've googled but it comes back with so much and I haven;t a clue who is reputable and who to avoid.

go for ones offered by the firms who offer professional exam training (eg BPP, Financial Training) or ones offered by one of the accounting institues eg ICAEW, CIMA etc. They should be good quality.
