Going back

Now that Scotland’s restrictions are wading we’re going back to the office in a phased approach. I haven’t been there at all since March 2020 and I’m excited and really nervous in equal amounts. No idea why I’m nervous but I feel like I’m starting a new job. Oh well back to commuting, earlier starts etc, good thing is it is phased so I can choose how many days I want to spend in the office.

The company or manger, should give you days where you need to go back into office. If they haven't contacted you, contact them and ask what days you need to work in office.

If uses coronavirus restrictions still. It probably be like:

Team A one week and Team B be another, with two meter distancing.

If they intend to go back to full working hours, then on your contract or the times you did previously to Covid will be stated.

@LegalUtopia we have the option to choose the days we want to be in and I have chosen the days I’ll be in for the next few weeks. We’ve been told it’s phased so we choose how much or how little we go in. It’s just weird that tomorrow I’ll be back in my old life for a day. I’ll need to wear a suit/dress again!

@BashfulClam, If that is the case, choose the days you want and enjoy socializing with your team.

Imm in and it’s like I’ve never been away, very weird!
