Civil service interview presentation

I have an interview with the civil service. I’ve been asked to do a 5 minute PowerPoint presentation (it’s on a soft skill or “behaviour” as they seem to call it ). I’ve only had one line of information regarding the topic. They imply in email there will be more information but nothings through yet. I’ve been Googling to try and get a better idea of what’s expected but all I can find is people saying the presentation won’t be PowerPoint but mine definitely is! Anyone done one of these ? Tips /tricks? It’s over Microsoft teams.

It’s band 7 and a bit of a step up from my current role so I’m quite nervous!

If they have specified PowerPoint the. do slides, if not then don’t as they will be expecting oral presentation only.

Remember to put your thinking in there, not just facts you’ve researched, and show an understanding that working in govt involves carrying out the wishes of the current govt rather than trying to bring your own agenda forward.
