Panicking here! I work for a non for profit organisation & recently sent a 3rd party details of organisations that we support under a specific criteria after they asked. I sent them without thinking though didn't include any personal details or contact details...Now it has been flagged as a possible breach of gdpr...does this constitute such a breach??

If no personal details were provided, or information that might indirectly identify individuals, then there is unlikely to be a breach. However if this information is not already in the public domain, you may have provided commercially sensitive information, which could be a breach of your organisation's guidelines.

Does GDPR still apply in the UK? I thought it was EU legislation.

Yes, it's not just called UK-GDPR.

The Data Protection Act 2018 brought the GDPR into UK law.

GDPR applies to living employees not to a business in itself

It doesn't sound like a GDPR breach because that only applies to an individual's personal information, so sending a companies business address wouldn't be a breach. Like a pp said, it could be a breach of your companies confidentiality agreement with those organisations if the information you shared about who your organisation support is commercially sensitive information.
