Panel Interview tomorrow, feeling major imposter syndrome

I finished my last contract in Nov 2019 then had DC 2 and havent worked since. Now I'm interviewing for a role, had an informal first interview yesterday which went well and now I'm having a second more formal panel one and I'm just so nervous.

I work in a niche quite technical field and I'm just feeling like I'm getting way over my head even though I have over 10 years experience. I feel like I'm gonna come across as silly and I'm scared of being unable to answer stuff.

Any words of advice?

I always try to think of it that you're just talking to another colleague about a job and whether you'd be a good fit for each other; therefore speaking about some examples of when you've done that kind of thing. (in my head I think, why are you nervous about having a conversation? In no other part of life you are nervous about that!)

Also I did some interview training recently and with the conversations of the attendees it was really clear that we all get nervous and hate interviews - for some reason I always kind of thought the other candidates had it all together, which doesnt help does it! But just knowing that they are also all bricking it helped me Grin

Also google the ted talk - power poses by amu cuddy- really useful and made me feel more confident.

Good luck!
