Back in May, I had a job offer (for a job I really wanted - I am also trying to get on a postgraduate course and you need this experience).

Every month I have chased after them for a start date. They tell me they're trying to get it sorted.

Emotionally it's draining as I go from part time to full time (I'm scared of this change).

I woke up this morning and I just can't take the wait anymore and I need to look for another job. I currently have a job but it's only for another 6 months.

What do you guys think of this situation. Aibu?

They are being completely unreasonable! Have they given you any reason for the delay?

I'd call and tell them that you will need to now start looking for a different job because of the delay but that you would still like to take the position if they can sort it.

It shouldn't take so long!

Look for another job. I wouldn't want to work for these flakes. It certainly doesn't bode well.
