Work breaks

So, I am wondering if this is the norm for low paying customer service work from home jobs.
Two 15 mins breaks and 30 mins lunch break for 8 hours shift.

Sounds about right.

Sounds slightly more than I would expect (one 30mins unpaid break plus 8 hours worked).

That sounds good.

I work a 9hr shift and get an hours break. I can take that hour as I wish eg either the full hour or 2half hour breaks or 1half hour break and 2 x 15mins break.
