Would it be very wrong to go to a job interview 'commando', ie no pants?

I'm sitting here in so-called magic knickers but they are cutting me in half, can hardly breathe. I'm thinking of nipping to the loo and removing them, as after all, breathing is more important than a flat tummy in these circumstances .

The interview is in 25 minutes, for a job that I've been doing for the last 10 years . Still very nervous though. I look a bit like this .

As long as you aren't planning to flash your fanjo at them (unless of course it's that kinda interview) they won't know and it won't make a difference.

What else are you wearing

DarrellRivers · 27/11/2007 13:40

Understandable, but what if something went wrong in your interview and you had no pants on
Are you wearing a short or long skirt or trousers.
if short skirt, no

I think it would add a certain depth and attititude to the impression. I love being commando and no-one knowing it. I feel empowered and centered by it.

Not that I'm a weirdo or anything.

Good luck at the interview.

DarrellRivers · 27/11/2007 13:42

go commando then
good luck

Spidermama · 27/11/2007 13:42

I prefer being commando in a skirt though and letting the air circulate. I find in trousers the seam is troublesome.

Marina · 27/11/2007 13:43

Will the trousers, ahem, be under pressure if the Magic Pants are removed...

DarrellRivers · 27/11/2007 13:43

trouser much safer though if interview gets really wierd and sandyballs has to bend over or climb out of the window

sandyballs · 27/11/2007 13:45

God I hadn't thought of that Marina - they shouldn't be too bad. Best check in the loos I think. Might get a couple of colleagues in for a quicky camel toe reccy .

Hope the interview went well.

And your flies stayed up

sandyballs · 27/11/2007 15:06

Well, I took them off the in loo and decided it wasn't very comfy so put them back on

Interview went ok I think, hard to say really. Should know at the end of the week. It's a strange situation as there are 10 of us here, all friendly with each other, and we are competing for 7 jobs.
