Hi has anyone appealed after requesting flexible working?
I requested to work 3 full days Mon-Wed.
I was told the only way flexible working would be considered would be working 2.5 days Wed-Friday. I was asked to go away and see if I could sort finances/childcare and then filled in the application form to suit the needs of work. I was then only offered 5 mornings.
