Advice needed please.

I'm starting a new job in September and need to leave the house by 7.45am
I have 4 kids to get ready. No one in nappies thankfully but they are all needy; grumpy in the morning, scatter brained, slow with breakfast and one with physical disabilities.
Need to have them ready before I leave for work.
Any tips to make my mornings as smooth as possible.

Thank you.

Do as much as you can the night before:

Make sure everyone is showered/ bathed clean etc
Do any packed lunches and get breakfast stuff lined up ready (don't stress about cleaning breakfast stuff just stack it neatly - it will wait till after work!)
Uniforms and clothes out and ready
Bags packed and lined up with shoes and coats
Maybe get them up in a staggered time so the ones who need the most time up first and you can help them first and they don't all try to use the bathroom at once
Maybe have half breakfasting first while the others dress and then swap

Good look! You'll smash it! X
