On my LinkedIn, I have 'open to work' set so that only recruiters can see it. I'm wondering whether I should set it up so that everyone can see it and I have that circle thing on my profile.
On the one hand, my contract is coming to an end and I need another job, on the other hand, I don't want to appear desperate or unemployable, especially if former horrible colleagues were to see it (although they are blocked)
Does it actually help or make a difference? Should I be doing everything I can? I have a premium account too.
