Feel excluded at work

I feel my supervisor at work is excluding me, not sure if I am just been a bit sensitive about it.
Every morning he does a quick briefing with each member of staff about their role for the day, he never does with me just usually tells me to carry on doing what I usually do but he doesn't say it to me he will say it to another member of staff whilst I am in ear shot.
He doesn't tell me about any changes in the work place that I would need to know about that affect my work I always have to be told by one of my colleagues.
I feel excluded 🙁

It could be that he feels you know what you’re doing and doesn’t need to ‘supervise’ you. He should be communicating with you all though even if just to personally tell you to carry on with what you do.
Not telling you about changes though is either straightforward incompetence (on his part) or you may be right and he’s excluding you.
I’d make a note of a few times this happens and the effect it has on your work, and speak to him about it.

Does he talk to you at all?

My boss ignores me completely 😔
