I'm a HEO and looking at SEO applications. One advert has this as essential criteria. I have experience working on a project and change initiatives. How should I go about covering this, I just need someone to get me started. what kind of examples should I be using for this?

t's not asked as a personal statement but as behaviours, Changing and Improving, Delivering at Pace, Managing a Quality Service and Leadership. thanks.

A broad understanding of Programme and Project deliverables, change management and programme/project management approaches and techniques.
• A proven track record of working in a Programme Management Office or enabling delivery of significant change initiatives in a large public sector organisation.

Use behaviour gexamples that relate to your time working either in a PMO or on a change initiative. Also draw out that experience in the CV section if there is one.

thanks. I've worked on various projects but not at a PMO. would those examples still be suited?

What’s the role? Presumably a programme delivery type role involving governance of some sort?

Use your experience of working on a project. It sounds like they are looking for project/programme delivery specialists tho, working in a PMO is quite a particular thing.
