Team Leadership/coaching courses online?

Can anyone recommend any free courses online on this subject? I just want to brush up on best practices as am about to take on a new team at work.

If you are just interested for your information and don't need a formal certificate I had done the free version of this and found it extremely useful when I first took on a team. Have recommended it to others previously
