I work in a department at work which I am fairly comfortable and happy with have been doing the role just over 3 years and have recently returned after a long term illness.
A staff member from a different department is leaving and my manager is pushing me into doing his role, same money more stress. I feel stressed about the situation. I told him I am happy in my current role and would like to stay in that role but he told me I have to do the new role as there are no other experienced staff.
I have a few health problems and personal problems at the moment and feel so stressed about everything.
