Hi all. I'm currently looking for jobs and have come across one I'm interested in. However I'm confused on how to work out actually salary. On the face of it I think it will be far less than my current earnings but I want to be sure.
Salary £20k pa
Term-time only (39 weeks a year + pro rata holiday pay)

37 hour week (8.30am-4.30pm, 4pm on Friday)

Could someone advise. Thank you 😊

The haven’t stated the 20k is Full Time Equivalent (FTE) so I’d assume it’s £20k for the term time hours only.

I would assume the 20k is for the 39 weeks worked then you'll get pro rata for the time off.
So depends how they work the pro rata weather it's half/less/quarters etc.
