Need help with application form.

Just trying to help daughter with an aplication form. Job is part time admin in school and the application need up to an A4 page on experience, suitability and why she would be good at the job. She went to college from school completed and passed 2 years hairdressing, then went into retail very highly thought of, left to have two children and now working in supermarket. Lovely caring nature. Very good customer service roles, face to face. Loved by everyone. Can anyone help with the wording.

Look at the person and job specs to tailor her statement to each criteria.

Go through the job spec and explain how she meets each required and desirable criteria, with examples. Good luck!

From what you've said, my first question would be to ask what admin experience she has as that's a large part of a school office job. That's what she'll really need to show then add how her other experience would help eg customer service experience = confident she'd be able to deal with a wide range of people ie parents, staff and pupils etc

The job description is very short just says supporting and assisting students and admin as required.
