Is it a good sign that at the end of an NHS interview they mention shifts?

Hi just what the title says really, I had an interview yesterday. The panel mentioned shift work at the end and availability for this, also where I would be based etc

They'll be needing to know if people can actually do the shifts and able to get to set base.
Sometimes people apply without realising shifts are involved and pull out so good to get a heads up who's able to fulfil this.

Not NHS but I always ask about people's mobility in interview as it's key to whether they can do the job.

Doesn't mean anything - I decide if progress them afterwards.

NHS interviews will be all the same I’m afraid. They’re very box tick-y.
